Contrast does the navigation. Dim to bright, on purpose. The eye should know where to go without being pushed.
One warm color, used once. It goes on the thing that actually matters. Everything else stays grey.
Speed and accessibility aren't extras. Get the timing, easing, and weight right, and you feel it.
